Day-to-day distribution work, in one application.
Inventory, batches and expiry
Stock per warehouse, tracked by batch and expiry date. FEFO picking offers the earliest expiry first.
Sales orders and reservations
Take an order, reserve the stock on confirmation, pick it, dispatch it — one flow from order to delivery note.
Invoicing, receivables, credit
Issue invoices, register payments, see who owes what, and set a credit limit per customer.
Purchasing and goods receipts
Purchase orders to your own suppliers, receipts into batches, cost updated on the way in.
Reports
Sales by customer, product and representative; inventory value; receivables aging.
Marketplace sync
Connected to Scoperly, your catalog, stock, images and marketplace orders stay in step with Studio.

Sign in or register at Scoperly.

Open the Studio page in the supplier portal and copy the linking code (SLC-XXXX-XXXX).

Enter the code in the Studio first-run wizard, or later in Settings → Telemetry. The Pro plan activates for your account at once.

Install once on the office server (Windows Server 2019+ or Windows 10+, x64). One archive for both server operating systems: the Studio Server jar, the Windows PowerShell scripts, the Linux scripts and INSTALL.md. On Windows it needs Java 21 and Docker Desktop (or your own PostgreSQL 16).

About half an hour for the server — Windows or Linux — and a couple of minutes per workstation.

Check the requirements
Windows 10+ or Windows Server 2019+ (x64), 8 GB RAM on the server, Java 21 (JRE) and Docker Desktop — PostgreSQL 16 runs in a container (or use your own PostgreSQL 16) — and a local network between the server and the workstations. Give the server a fixed local IP address.

Install the server
Unpack the server package on the office machine and read INSTALL.md. From an elevated PowerShell run provision-studio-env.ps1 — it creates .env and generates the secrets, nothing to type in. Then docker compose up -d for the database and start-studio.ps1 for the server; it prints the address the workstations should use. Move studio-recovery-sheet.txt off the machine.

Install the workstation app
Run the installer on each computer and follow the steps.
Windows SmartScreen may say “Unknown publisher”. Choose More info → Run anyway. Early Access builds are not code-signed yet — verify the SHA-256 checksum first.

First launch
Enter the server address; the setup wizard creates the company and the owner account. If you downloaded from the supplier portal, choose “I have a code from the Scoperly portal” and paste it — the installation is linked without signing in inside Studio.

Updates
The app checks for new versions and asks before it installs one. The server is updated by the administrator with update-studio.ps1.

Questions
Is Studio free?
It is free during Early Access. Paid plans will come later, and users who joined during Early Access keep the terms they started on.
Do operators need Scoperly accounts?
No. Operators are local users you create inside Studio. Only the owner of the installation needs a Scoperly account, and only to link the installation.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Everything runs on your server over the local network. If you use the marketplace connection, sync resumes on its own once the line is back.
Is there a macOS or Linux version?
The workstation app is Windows x64 only. The office server runs on Windows or Linux (systemd; the Linux path is a pilot). macOS is not supported; other platforms will follow demand.
Where is my data kept?
On your server, in your own PostgreSQL database. Backups are part of the server package. Nothing leaves the building except what you choose to sync to the marketplace.
Is Studio open source?
No. Studio is proprietary software.
